Refund Policy

General Policy

All items on our website are custom-made to order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for errors in customization provided by the customer.

Defective Items

Live, Laugh & Graphics utilizes Printify Connect to streamline order issue management. Upon order delivery, an  email will be sent asking customers to rate their order. If an issue is reported, it will be handled directly by Printify Support. If an item is defective, we offer refunds or reprints as per the following conditions:

  • The defect must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.

How It Works

  • Post-Delivery Email is sent from customer@trackorder.livelaughgraphics.

  • Customers can review order details, leave reviews, or request reprints/refunds.

  • You'll be notified of any reprint/refund requests and their outcomes.
